FlexPac is Clé Human Capital’s propriety remuneration package modeller and ensures that an organisation’s employees are able to derive the best value from their remuneration packages.

The software provides details of the cost of the benefits selected, as well as the taxation implications of each selection. In this way, the software provides sufficient information about an employee’s take-home pay and tax liability to enable employees to make informed decisions about the structure of their packages. In addition, employers benefit by receiving information about package structures in a standardised administration-friendly format.

FlexPac has been designed to ensure that updates and maintenance are quick and cost-effective and can readily accommodate all changes to tax legislation and medical aid costs.

The software can be enhanced to provide a database for facilitating the uploading and downloading of data between the payroll and FlexPac. This data interchange can be enabled between most common ERP and payroll systems.
