The product requires detailed customisation to accommodate the vastly varied scheme structures in the market place. The objective of this product is to give our clients a simple administration tool, so that they can regularly and accurately communicate progress and incentive growth to participants.

The software can accommodate any basis for incentive calculation, but is founded on a two-phased approach to a funding model and a distribution model. This approach has the capability of accommodating measurement mechanisms as diverse as CFROI and EVA.
