Short-term Incentives

Clé Human Capital has developed a number of incentive methodologies appropriate for all levels and categories of staff. These include sales commission schemes, gainsharing schemes and shopfloor, support staff and management incentive schemes.  Regardless of the category or level of staff involved, our design and implementation of incentive methodologies take into account that an incentive scheme should be self-funding. In other words, the potential reward for participants ought to be significant and incentive payments should only be made from the additional value created.

We also ensure that there is a clear link between a participant’s incentive payment and the value drivers that the participant can enhance. To this end, the necessary interaction should be created among individuals, teams and departments. In addition, the participants should be able to calculate their potential incentive payment at any stage during the year. An effective short term incentive scheme should be underpinned  by an objective performance management system.
